WE’RE HEADING OUT OF OFFICE
We’re an intimate DIY affair, bringing together friends and friends-of-friends for a cosy three-day shindig in the woods of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – for the love of all things great: music, sound, food, fun, and, most importantly, people!
We can’t wait to welcome you all this Friday to Out of Office. Here’s everything you need to know in advance of our 2026 offsite. Let’s work it!
TOGETHERNESS
… means having fun and making friends with the people around you. OOO aims to be a utopian space built on mutual respect. Please look after each other and help us maintain a tolerant, inclusive atmosphere free from racism, sexism, queerphobia, or any other discriminatory behaviour. If you experience any issues during the festival, please contact the OOO team or production office.

OPENING HOURS
Parking and camping open on Friday, June 12th, at 12pm, while the first record will start spinning at 4pm. On Sunday our official program finishes at 10pm but feel free to stay on site until Monday, June 15th, 12pm if you like. We may be cracking on…
CHECK-IN
Your name/ purchase reference code will be noted on our guest-list at the entrance, since we don’t have digital or hard tickets. You will receive a festival wristband at check-in. Wristbands are non-transferable and entry is for 18+ years only.
TRAVEL
To be as kind to the environment as possible, we encourage you to travel by train to Ferdinandshof (17379).
Important update, please note: Due to construction work on the line between Berlin and Bernau, the RE3 service will be limited on Friday. Please plan your journey accordingly:
Arrival on Friday
• Take the S2 from Berlin to Bernau, then continue from there via the RE3 or RE30 to Ferdinandshof.
• Alternatively, take the ICE from Berlin Hauptbahnhof to Pasewalk, then continue via the RE3 to Ferdinandshof.
Arrival on Saturday & Departure Sunday & Monday
• The RE3 will run as scheduled from Berlin Hauptbahnhof to Ferdinandshof and from Ferdinandshof to Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
Please double-check your connection in the DB Navigator app before departing, as last-minute changes may occur.
TAXI SERVICE
From Ferdinandshof station, the festival site is 10 minutes by car. You can arrange a taxi with:

Locals also tend to offer unofficial shuttle runs in the area. While these are likely safe to use, we encourage you to rather arrange an official taxi.
PARKING
If you’re arriving by car or camper van, parking is available on our grounds close to camping.
CAMPING
We’re camping in a forest and there’s plenty of shade to pitch your tents under, which we kindly ask you to pack up again when you leave OOO. The campsite is a place to relax and recharge – enjoy your own drinks and food here, but please keep your camp clean, watch out with your cigarette butts, be considerate to your neighbours and leave your sound systems at home. There’s plenty of great music to be heard throughout the weekend!
HYGIENE
The OOO site offers toilets, sinks with drinking water and outdoor showers for us all to stay fresh throughout a long weekend.
ACCESSIBILITY
Our location is generally accessible for wheelchair users, with a designated bathroom and shower. Parts of the grounds are however uneven, consisting of grass and woodland, which can be difficult to manoeuvre. If you require an accompanying person with free entry, please state so and verify with your disability card marked with a ‘B’.
SITE BOUNDARIES
Please respect the site’s boundaries. There’s plenty of exploration to be done through music, workshops, yourselves and each other.
DRINKS & FOOD
Our bar will be well-stocked and affordable, while Suppa will offer vegetarian and vegan meals throughout the day. You’re free to bring your own food and drinks to the campsite, though we kindly ask you to avoid glass and minimise waste where possible. If you can, please bring your own camping dishes.
PAYMENT
You’ll be able to pay by both, card and cash on site – with the former being preferred.
TIMETABLE
Music is what it’s all about and we can’t wait to hear what our artists have in store for us. We won’t be releasing a timetable in advance, but it’ll be available on arrival.
WORKSHOPS & ACTIVITIES
We’ll be offering a range of activities throughout the weekend if your feet get a little tired from dancing. Check out our timetable on site for details on our yoga sessions (please bring a yoga mat or use your camping mat) and creative workshops.
T.G.I.S.!
Thank G*d it’s Saturday! We encourage you to bring you best office-wear for a little weekend dress-up on Saturday. Suits, ties, whiteboards – anything goes. Let’s go corporate!
WEATHER
We have full trust in Meck-Pomm summer, hoping for warm, sunny days and mild nights. It’s best to take a rain coat and some thicker clothes along to keep you warm. In the unexpected case of a storm approaching, please follow the instructions of the crew.
WASTE
We need everyone’s help to keep our home away from home clean for the weekend. Please look after the site, use our recycling bins for rubbish and an ashtray for your butts, return your empties to the bar, and tidy your camping spot upon departure. Eternal gratitude shall be yours!
SMOKING, FIRE & BBQ
There will be ashtrays around the site but it’s good to bring a little jam jar yourself or ask for a pocket ashtray. BBQs, camp fires, fireworks or fire shows are prohibited. In case of a fire, please contact someone from the team immediately, even if it has been controlled or put out by you already.
FIRST AID
There will be first aid on site with paramedics who will be looking after us. Don’t hesitate to address someone from the team or a paramedic if you or another person is in need of help: please take care of yourselves and each other.
VOLUNTEERING
If you signed up for Volunteering, a member from our team will reach out with all of the details concerning your shifts.
LOST & FOUND
Found something? Lost something? Head to the production office and we’ll be happy to help if we can. Please hand in any found valuables here. If you’re missing something, check in on site or contact us after the festival via music@stilvortalent.de
